Landita shows cadastral information, official property quotations, terrain and hazard data for land parcels in Italy, using public sources only. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
Landita has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, health data, purchase history or advertising identifiers. There are no third-party analytics, attribution or advertising SDKs in the app. We do not sell or share data with anyone for advertising or profiling.
The app does not request access to your device location. You choose a parcel by tapping the map, searching an address, or entering municipality, sheet and parcel numbers. The coordinates of the chosen point are sent to our own service (landita-api.cnkylmz35.workers.dev) to look up public data for that point. They are not linked to you or to any identifier.
The service receives the coordinates (or municipality, sheet and parcel) and queries public sources on your behalf: Agenzia delle Entrate (INSPIRE cadastre and OMI quotations), ISPRA (IdroGEO, CORINE), INGV (earthquake catalogue), OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (addresses and points of interest) and an elevation service (EU-DEM). None of these requests contains data that identifies you.
Like any internet service, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes the network request itself, including the originating IP address, to deliver the response and protect the service from abuse. We do not use that information to identify you and we build no profile from it.
PDF reports are generated on your device and stay there until you share them. The spoken narration of the flight uses the system's on-device speech synthesis: no audio is sent to us.
The data shown comes from public bodies and open projects named in every report. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Maps are provided by Apple Maps under Apple's privacy policy.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
