By using Landita you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What Landita is

Landita is an information tool that aggregates public data about Italian cadastral parcels: cadastral boundaries and identifiers, OMI quotations from Agenzia delle Entrate, terrain profile, hydrogeological and seismic hazard exposure, land cover and nearby points of interest.

2. Not a valuation

The information provided is not a valuation report, a cadastral certificate, or legal, planning, financial or insurance advice. OMI quotations are average zone values per square metre of built area and do not represent the value of a specific property or plot. Before any purchase, sale or investment decision consult a licensed professional and the official documents.

3. Sources and accuracy

Data comes from public bodies and open projects (Agenzia delle Entrate, ISPRA, INGV, OpenStreetMap, EU-DEM). It may contain errors, be incomplete or out of date; some areas (for example the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano) are not covered by the national cadastre. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or continuous availability.

4. Permitted use

You may use the app for lawful personal or professional purposes. You may not: use automated means to extract data from the service; resell or redistribute the data as your own product; use the app to break the law or infringe others' rights; attempt to circumvent technical limits of the service.

5. Third-party services

Maps are provided by Apple Maps. Cadastral data and quotations belong to Agenzia delle Entrate. Each source has its own terms, which remain applicable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Landita is provided "as is" and we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the app or the information shown.

7. Changes

We may change the app or these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app; continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
